Bingbong: The Vincent Crisologo Story is a 1991 action-drama film starring Rudy Fernandez in a titular role. The movie tells the story of former gangster-turned politician Vincent “Bingbong” Crisologo.

Bingbong, son of the Governor of Ilocos Sur used to make headlines terrorizing people in their province with guns, goons, and gold. Eventually, he paid for his misdeeds in Muntinlupa when he was charged with double life imprisonment because of arson.
During his stay in jail, the once-notorious political terror was changed better known as Bingbong, is a Filipino politician.
He was a congressman of the 1st congressional district of Quezon City, the Philippines having served in the 13th congress of the Philippines and was re-elected and serves for the 14th congress. In the 2019 elections, he ran for Mayor of Quezon City but lost. The film only tells his life story until 1991 where the bigger part of the movie focused on his life while in jail.
