The movie tells the life story of General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, a former law enforcement officer who became a Senator.
It tells his whole life story from childhood, entering the Philippine Military Academy, and his whole career as a police officer later became the chief of Philippine National Police Director General before becoming a Senator.
