The Lilian Velez Story Till Death Do Us Part Movie Plot Summary
The start of the movie shows the capture of Joe Climaco (Joel Torre) by Japanese soldiers during World War II. At that time, he was already married to Lilian Velez (Sharon Cuneta).
They were married in 1942 and had one daughter named Vivian (Charina Scott). Later, Joe was released and the war ended. Lilian became a movie star via LVN Pictures and made movies with her husband as the director.
Velez starred in the films Binibiro Lamang Kita, Ang Estudyante, and Sa Kabukiran, with Narding Anzures (Cesar Montano) as her leading man.
However, Anzures became jealous when she was paired with another actor and became obsessed with her. On June 26, 1948, he visited Velez in their house and stabbed Velez to death, as well as her housemaid. Lilian’s daughter was unharmed, and Anzures was later arrested.
