In My Life Movie Plot Summary
In this movie, Vilma Santos plays Shirley Templo, a public school librarian and a single mother to two daughters Dang (Dimples Romana) and Cherry (Paw Diaz), and a gay son Mark Salvacion (Luis Manzano), who has been living in New York City for several years.
The family lives in a compound owned by her ex-husband, Benito Salvacion (Tirso Cruz III), and the Salvacion clan wanted the land to be sold so they can make a profit out of it.
Shirley refused to sell the land and was more upset when she learned that Dang and her family will move to Australia. Afraid to leave alone, she decided to go to New York City and live with Mark.
Shirley was surprised to know that Mark has a Filipino boyfriend Noel Villanueva (John Lloyd Cruz) living with him.
At first, she dislikes Noel and gave him headaches. But after discovering a secret, she learned to love Noel as a son.
