Shake Rattle and Roll 2k5 Movie, also known as Shake Rattle & Roll VII stars an ensemble cast including Ai-Ai de las Alas, Gloria Romero, Yasmien Kurdi, Ara Mina, Ogie Alcasid, and Mark Anthony Fernandez. Produced by Regal Entertainment and Ignite Media Inc, this 7th installment of the Shake Rattle & Roll trilogy horror movie series won the Best Child Performer award for Paul Salas at the 2005 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Shake Rattle and Roll 2k5 Movie Plot Summary
In the first episode entitled ‘Poso’ directed by Uro Dela Cruz, Ai–Ai de las Alas plays a fake occultist (Ispiritista), someone who talks to the soul of dead people. After 10 years of fooling people, she decided to quit and find a new, decent career. But one day, she accepted the P500,000 offer of an old woman (Gloria Romero) to talk to his dead grandson (Marco Alcaraz) on his death anniversary. Then, the scary part begins.
In the second episode entitled ‘Aquarium’ directed by Rico Maria Ilarde, Benjie (Ogie Alcasid), Janice (Ara Mina), their son Paul (Paul Salas), their maid Aciana (Wilma Doesn’t), and their plumber Alex (Reggie Curley) have just moved in a condo unit, where the former tenants left an aquarium with a weird creature inside. Shortly, an old woman Lui Manansala) appeared and warned them not to touch the aquarium. Now, terror is about to happen.
In the third episode entitled ‘Lihim ng San Joaquin’ directed by Richard Somes, couple Rene (Mark Anthony Fernandez) and his pregnant wife (Tanya Garcia) have moved into a remote village where they were welcomed by the villagers. Little did the couple know that the residents are Aswang and about to be the next victims. When they realized it, it’s already late for them to escape and the only way to survive is to fight them. But how?
