Mag-ingat Ka Sa Kulam movie stars Judy Ann Santos as a woman who experienced paranormal activity after she had an accident.
Regal Entertainment and directed by Jun Lana, this Pinoy horror film earned 11 awards nominations including Movie of the Year, Movie Director of the Year, Movie Child Performer of the Year for Sharlene San Pedro, and Movie Actress of the Year for Judy Ann Santos at the 2009 Star Awards for Movies.
Mag-ingat Ka Sa Kulam movie Plot Summary
In the movie, Judy Ann Santos plays Mira, who is married to Paul (Dennis Trillo) and has a blind young daughter Sophie (Sharlene San Pedro). One night while driving her car, Mira had an accident and when she woke up at the hospital, she cannot remember her past. But while recovering, her business partner Dave (TJ Trinidad) told her she promised to leave her husband and come with him and that she trusted a secret to him.
Apparently, Mira also started to act strangely and thinks that she might have been a victim of witchcraft. She later learned that she has a twin sister Maria who according to Dave is at the mental hospital since their mother died. It turns out that Paul does not know that Mira had a twin sister and later, Maria committed suicide. However, the truth is that their mother is a witch and wanted to transfer her powers to Mira and Maria when they were young.
