All Soul’s Night is a 2018 Filipino horror film written and directed by Aloy Adlawan and co-written by Jules Katanyag and screenplay writer, Danzen Santos, based on a story by Gin De Mesa.
The film starred by Andi Eigenmann, Allan Paule, and Yayo Aguila, was produced by Viva Films in co-production with Aliud Entertainment and ImaginePerSecond. It was released in the Philippines on 31 October 2018
All Souls Night Plot
In the movie, Andi Eigenmann plays Shirley, a young college student who finds a semestral break gig as a household helper to Ellen, a young inhospitable mother taking care of her sick husband and young daughter, Aubrey.
As she is to stay for only three days, Ellen gave her three very important rules. First, she must keep all the doors and windows shut. Second, she must stay locked inside the house. Lastly, she must not get inside their room without permission.
Shirley shares a room with Aubrey and she can’t help noticing that the young daughter is one terrified girl. Eventually, Shirley opens up to Ellen about Aubrey’s disposition but only to be forbidden to interfere in anything she sees going on inside their house.
As the story unfolds, Aubrey admits that the sick man is not her father and from there, nerve-racking incidents one after another are exposed to her. She will not be spared unless she can find a way out.
