Mama’s Girl Movie Plot Summary
In the movie, Sylvia Sanchez plays Mama Mina, a restaurant owner and a single mother who is very dedicated to her 21-year-old daughter Abby (Sofia Andres). After graduating from college, Abby refused to work at her mother’s business and want to try the real world instead. She has a childhood friend Nico Sanchez (Diego Loyzaga), Incidentally, Nico’s mother Nelia (Arlene Muhlach) is Mina’s best friend and business partner.
Abby then met Zak Montañez (Jameson Blake) and they started to like each other. And as she tries to build her own life, Abby faced several challenges and had some failures. Being a patient and loving mother, Mina supported Abby all the way. And although the plot seems to be simple, it showcased the importance of friendship, love, and a close relationship between mother and daughter.
