Sisterakas Movie Plot Summary
In the movie, Ai–Ai Delas Alas plays Bernadette “Detty” Sabroso, the daughter of rich businessman Raphael (Epi Quizon), who has an illegitimate gay son Bernice (Vice Ganda) with their housemaid Maria (Beauty Gonzalez). When Detty and Bernice were young, they share their love for fashion. However, Raphael’s wife learned that he is Bernice’s father, and she kicked Maria and Bernice out of their house.
Detty and Bernice grew up and the latter became a successful fashion designer and is a tough competitor of Roselle Hermosa (Kris Aquino). On the other hand, Detty became a single mother to her children Kathy (Kathryn Bernardo) and Cindy (Xyriel Manabat), and struggles to make a living. As revenge against the Sabrosos, Bernice pursues Angelo (Daniel Padilla), the son of Bernice’s deceased former maid to court Kathy and later dump her.
