Jack And Jill sa Amerika Movie stars Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Herbert Bautista as lesbian and gay siblings, serialized in Tagalog Klasiks, written by Mars Ravelo Produced by Viva Films and directed by Leroy Salvador, this family comedy film is the sequel to the 1987 movie “Jack & Jill” and was nominated Best Picture – Comedy in 1989 FAMAS Awards.
Jack And Jill sa Amerika Movie Plot Summary
In the movie, Sharon and Herbert reprise their roles as Jackielou (Jack) and Hilario (Jill), along with Panchito as their father Mang Ambo Biglang Awa.
However, Angelo Bartolome (Edu Manzano) went to Europe and married another woman instead of Jack. Nevertheless, they received a telegram from San Diego, California, USA, saying that Anastacio (Mang Ambo’s older brother) has passed away and that they have to go there to get their inheritance.
But because Mang Ambo’s health did not allow him to travel, only Jack & Jill went to America. Upon their arrival, they met Atty de la Cruz (Leroy Salvador) and Maria (Boots Anson Roa), Anastacio’s secretary.
However, Atty Cruz has a huge debt from Boy (Bert Leroy Jr), and Jack and Jill witnessed his men killing the lawyer. As the siblings escaped from the killers, they met Danny (Tonton Gutierrez). But what about their inheritance?
