Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy Movie Plot Summary
In the movie, Vice Ganda plays quadruplets Girlie (Female), Peter (Male), Mark (Gay), and Panying (Lesbian), with Maricel Soriano as Pia Jackstone and Joey Marquez as Pete Jackstone as their parents. Pia and Pete separated not long after the birth of the quadruplets. Mark and Panying were raised by their mother, while Girlie and Peter were taken to the US and were raised by their father.
The quadruplets grew up knowing that they are only twins. One day, Peter needed a liver transplant to save him from Hepatitis. Shortly, he, Girlie, and their father went back to the Philippines and learned about the truth. They also learned that Mark is the only match as the liver donor. Mark agreed but he first wanted Girlie and Peter to feel the hardships of the mother. Now, can this unconventional family survive the challenges?
