D’Ninang is a Filipino comedy film directed by GB Sampedro and produced by Regal Entertainment, Inc. It is another film starred by veteran actress and comedy Quen Ai-Ai delas Alas.
D’Ninang’ fits the mold of previous Regal movies like that of ‘UNLI LIFE’, ‘My Hopeful Romantic’, and ‘Papa Pogi’ which are pure comedies with a lot of heart in them.
D’Ninang marks the fourth movie role of Kisses Delavin whose popularity is beginning to rival some of the biggest established young actresses in the industry.
D’Ninang Movie Plot
D’Ninang is founded on the dynamics of a family whose business is that of committing different petty crimes to make a living with focus and emphasis, however, on the comical and hilarious aspects of it.
Ai-Ai plays as a matriarch of a crime syndicate that steals from wealthy people. It is comparable to western films like Godfather but in comedic scenes.
