In this movie, Mike is an ex-convict and has just been released from jail after serving a 10-year sentence for a crime he did not commit. On the other hand, Botchie is a young boy living with her cruel aunt and earning money by fetching water for neighbors. After Mike saved him from his aunt’s boyfriend, they became close friends.
