Victor Lopez Jr is the son of Victor Lopez Sr., one of the well-known gangsters of Tondo but was later murdered by his colleague. Growing up without seeing his father, Victor Jr. took revenge for his father’s death and became one of the most polarizing figures in their place. He became Brgy Captain after spending years in prison and subsequently turned the chaotic Barangay into a livable place.
