Iligpit Si Bobby Ortega Markang Bungo 2 is an action-packed movie starring Rudy Fernandez as the late Colonel Roberto ‘Bobby’ C. Ortega, a tough cop known for being a man of principle.
Produced by Viva Films and directed by Eddie Rodriguez, this Rudy Fernandez movie is a sequel to the 1991 film “Markang Bungo: The Bobby Ortega Story.”
Iligpit Si Bobby Ortega Markang Bungo 2 Summary
At the start of the movie, Martin Pineda (Bembol Roco) was convicted of robbery and murder. As revenge, Martin’s brother Lando (Anthony Alonzo) killed the judge’s son who happens to be Bobby’s grandson. But while Bobby (then a Captain) is transporting Martin to the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), Lando and his men ambushed them and helped Martin escape but the latter was killed during the shooting.
But aside from his plan to kill Bobby, Lando is also a high-profile leader of carnappers and thieves. However, he is not the only nemesis Markang Bungo is facing. He is also set to go against NPA Sparrow Units that included his name in their hit list. So now, can Markang Bungo still use his toughness against all of them?
