Mancao Movie is based on the true-life story of former police Senior Supt Cesar Mancao when he was still a cop, starring Phillip Salvador in the title role.
Produced by Regal Films and Moviestars Productions and directed by Felix E Dalay, this Phillip Salvador movie is also the last movie of Jon Hernandez and was dedicated to him.
Mancao Movie Cast
At the start of the movie, Lt Cesar Mancao and his men raid a warehouse being used as a hideout for illegal gun manufacturing in Davao del Norte.
At that time, his father was Chief of Police in their area. On the other hand, Alfredo de Leon (Gabby Concepcion) is the leader of the Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB) and has been killing government officials.
When Cesar Mancao was promoted to senior inspector, he was assigned to lead a CIS field office in Bulacan. In an operation against illegal drugs, he and his men killed drug pushers who were sons of rich and influential people in the province. However, then-Bulacan Governor Roberto ‘Obet’ Pagdanganan as himself protected him against them. Later, Mancao is set to go against Alfredo de Leon.
