The film tells the story of Boboy Tibayan, a normal guy-turned vigilante in Cavite.

Boboy Tibayan (Ramon Bong Revilla Jr) is a jeepney driver who is having difficulty meeting his ends. His jeepney was stolen by thugs which left him broke.
He then staged revenge, killed all robbers who stole his jeepney and started hunting criminals. Will the authority give consent on what he is doing?
