Alamid: Ang Alamat is a 1998 Filipino superhero action film produced and distributed by MHR Productions.
The film was known for its unique special effects and was one of the first Pinoy Superhero films that employ such technology during that time.

The old Alamid (Lito Lapid) is in his twilight years and wanted to retire. As he passes his torch to another Alamid (Dan Alvaro), a brutal gang emerges from Manila’s criminal underworld.
