Ang Agimat Anting-anting ni Lolo is a fantasy action film that features the three generations of the Revilla clan, Ramon Revilla Sr, Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla Jr and Jolo Revilla (Bong Revilla’s son).
Produced by Imus Productions, a story by Peque Gallaga, and directed by Augusto Salvador, this Bong Revilla movie features the last movie of Ramon Revilla Sr. The film also won FAMAS awards for Best Sound and Best Visual Effects.
In this movie, Pao Gomez (Jolo Revilla) is a young schoolboy who always wears an amulet he inherited from his grandfather and is being bullied because of this.
With the help of the school janitor (Bong Revilla), he was able to meet a hermit, who required him to pass three tests before he can use the power of the amulet.
Together, he and his grown-up alter-ego superhero, Paolo (also portrayed by Bong Revilla) fight against evil beings such as “aswang” and “manananggal.”
